You can request deletion of personal information shared with DigiDial, subject to records we must retain for legal, contractual or security reasons.

How to request deletion
Send a request through our Contact page → with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name, company, contact details and a clear description of the information you want deleted.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity or your relationship with the relevant business account before completing a request. This helps prevent unauthorised deletion.
What we delete
Where appropriate, we will delete or anonymise personal information held for website enquiries, marketing communications or other eligible business interactions.
Exceptions
Some information may be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or maintain essential business records.
Response timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within a reasonable period based on the request’s scope and applicable requirements.
